Baptism
Preparation required to receive the sacrament of Baptism varies based on age.
Baptism (children & adults):
Anyone 7 or over will participate in a preparatory process called the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults. Children have a specialized form suited for their specific age. OCIA is a yearly program offered in conjunction with the other parishes of Terre Haute. Classes begin in August and conclude with the celebration of Easter Vigil in the spring. Baptism for Infants
The Sacrament of Baptism for infants and small children (age 6 and under) is celebrated throughout the year. Baptism classes for parents and godparents are offered as needed. Please complete the baptism request form and Ryan will be in touch.
