If you are homebound, it can be arranged to have Eucharist brought to you by specially trained Eucharistic Ministers. Please contact the Pastoral Associate for Adult Faith Formation for details.

While in the hospital, you must tell the Hospital Chaplain’s office if you would like to be on the Communion list to receive Eucharist.
