Bulletin Stuffing
There is a bulletin for every weekend of the year and there is always one insert but not more than 3 inserts to be stuffed for any one weekend. Currently a rotating schedule is set in December for the following year. During one year, most volunteers stuff bulletins for 2 or 3 different weekends. All materials are ready by Thursday afternoon and volunteers have the option of taking the materials home and returning them on Saturday afternoon or using space in the church offices. There are approximately 500 bulletins per weekend. Some volunteers choose to work in pairs.
Newsletter Mailing
At 9:00 am on the Tuesday after the 4th Friday of the month, about 6 people are needed to help fold and label the monthly newsletter (Faith Journey) for bulk mailing.
Office Help
On occasions when the Secretary is away from the office, volunteers are needed to answer the door and telephone.
